Story

We grew up steeped in tea

Doodh cha in the morning, likkar cha in the afternoon. Neighbors stopping by on the way to the market and home from the train station. Any excuse to swing by for a cup, and to linger and chat.

We miss the unfussy, communal tea drinking of South Asia, and we wanted to share those rituals. Like vineyards, tea estates have their own terroir (soil, weather, altitude, cultivar) and their own way of picking and processing. Every vintage of year, flush, and processing expresses one garden and its pickers and makers.

We collaborate with beautiful spaces and creators. Peace and blessings.
