Rose Ashwagandha

Our hand mix of rose petals and ashwagandha. Its a beautiful color and fragrance. Ashwagandha is an ancient adaptogenic herb that helps the body reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and aid in post-exercise recovery. The herb contains compounds called withanolides that possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

We like this as an anytime warming drink, especially in the evenings.
