Pickup & delivery

Pickup

Collect orders at the Wednesday popup, Roses on Adeline, 3218 Adeline St, Berkeley, CA 94703, between 8am – 2pm. Give your name at the bar. We hold paid orders for four weeks. After that, get in touch and we will pack it again.

Local delivery

Orders of $200 or more can be delivered anywhere in our East Bay area, free of charge. Deliveries run Thursday evenings, the day after the Wednesday popup. Below that, and for anywhere outside the area, collect at the popup. The checkout tells you which applies.

We do not ship nationally. onnbon works on a local distribution model, which is what lets us pack tea fresh rather than warehouse it.

Freshness

Tea is weighed and packed close to your collection or delivery day. Keep it sealed, dry, away from light and away from anything strongly scented. Loose leaf is at its best within a year of the pluck date shown on each tea's page.

Refunds

If something arrives wrong, damaged, or simply is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. Because tea is a food product, we cannot resell an opened package. Even so, we would rather you were happy than stuck with something you will not drink.

Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.

We arrange commercial orders directly, and these terms do not cover them. See the wholesale section.
